Breakfast is the most hectic time of the day. Your alarm goes off, and then you probably hit the snooze button a few more times. You run into the shower. While you are getting ready you look at the clock and think: “@#%*, I only have 5 more minutes!! Breakfast? Screw it, I’m just going to grab a coffee and a muffin through a drive-through instead.”
We all know what happens after, you feel guilty and sleepy after that big muffin.

Next time, you have 5 minutes left, how about instead of thinking about a muffin from Dunkin Doughnut, think about a hot bowl of homemade oatmeal? Really? 5 minutes?

It’s super quick, easy and healthy for every busy mornings.
Try our hot bowl of creamy oatmeal with peanut butter tomorrow morning. You will love it.

1 cup quick oatmeal

1 cup water or milk

1 banana, sliced in bite size pieces (half a banana/person)

2 tsp peanut butter/ sesame butter / almond butter (natural, no sugar)

Add oatmeal and water (or milk) in the pot on medium heat.

Cook until oatmeal looks creamy consistency or until reaches desired taste, 4-5 minutes.

Pour oatmeal in a bowl, add a teaspoon of peanut butter per bowl and half a banana. Peanut butter will give oatmeal this creamy consistency and banana brings up natural sweetness without any artificial sugar.
